The terms teaching and training are presumably used interchangeably and people are not able to draw the difference between teaching and training. The relationship between teaching and training is not understood by anyone as they think both the words have the same meaning and they can use one in place of another. However, there is a significant difference between teaching and learning, which also extends to the difference between teaching and training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In reality, both words mean different things and they have enough differences which prove their differentiation. In this article, we will learn about the difference between teaching and training and the difference between teaching and learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Particularly taking the example of the Indian education system into consideration, it can clearly say we focus on teaching and training isn\u2019t in our syllabus. When we draw more attention to training instead of teaching then our students will be more competent and confident students and their employability will increase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, the importance of teaching is there, but there should be a proper and balanced amalgamation of teaching and training for the bright future of our learners and an effective education system. Understanding the difference between teaching and training is crucial in achieving this balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main objective behind the study is learning. We constantly learn in our life from childhood to old age. Teaching and training are no new things but common methods of learning that not everyone can recognize. Teaching is connected to learning in a classroom where students are taught theories of subjects and are given knowledge about the syllabus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Training helps in imparting skills of any particular type to the trainee. It specializes in the trainee in the specific job or works to get the employment. Unlike before, training is now mandatory before joining any profession. So, students are now required to go under a training program along with teaching to get practical knowledge and join the job.
